At The Vintage Box Company, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that due to the curated nature of our inventory, exchanges are subject to current stock availability.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or email our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the vintage garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and authentication seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
